Privacy:
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data shared with us (including name, contact information, or payment details) will only be used for booking and service-related purposes. We do not share or sell client information to third parties.
Sales & Returns:
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for services, retail products, or gift cards.
If you are dissatisfied with your eyelash extension service, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to evaluate and make adjustments if necessary.
Concerns reported after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for complimentary fixes.
