Welcome to Richesse Aesthetics®. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products, or participating in our skincare programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please review these terms before booking or making a purchase.

1. Services

Richesse Aesthetics® provides professional esthetic services, corrective skincare treatments, skincare consultations, virtual skincare programs, and retail skincare products.

All treatments are customized based on individual skin concerns, skin history, and professional assessment.

We reserve the right to modify, decline, or discontinue a service when it is determined that a treatment is unsuitable or may compromise a client's skin health or safety.

2. Appointments & Online Booking

All appointments must be scheduled through our official online booking system.

Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the booking process is completed and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service, location, date, and time when booking.

Richesse Aesthetics® operates by appointment only. Walk-in appointments are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure an appointment.

• Required deposits are applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.

• Deposits are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

• Any remaining balance is due at the time of service.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed appointments will honor the price displayed at the time of booking unless a service modification is agreed upon.

• Appointments are not guaranteed without the required payment.

Clients booking multiple services during the same appointment may be subject to a single combined deposit.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments directly affect our ability to accommodate other clients.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future appointments.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Any applicable cancellation fees will be disclosed during booking.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. The appointment may be treated as a late cancellation under our cancellation policy.

The full service price may still apply if a treatment must be shortened due to late arrival.

6. Client Health & Skin Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their skin health and medical history.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Allergies, sensitivities, and skin conditions.

• Prescription skincare products, including tretinoin and other retinoids.

• Recent chemical peels, laser treatments, injections, or cosmetic procedures.

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding when relevant to treatment safety.

• Medications or health conditions that may affect treatment eligibility.

Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of adverse skin reactions.

Richesse Aesthetics® reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline treatments when necessary for client safety.

7. Treatment Results & Expectations

Skincare results vary from person to person.

Factors including skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, product usage, treatment frequency, and consistency with home care can influence results.

Richesse Aesthetics® does not guarantee specific outcomes, including the complete elimination of acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma, scarring, or other skin concerns.

Some treatments may cause temporary redness, dryness, peeling, sensitivity, or purging-like breakouts.

Clients are expected to follow all recommended pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

Our esthetic services are cosmetic in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.

8. Refund Policy

Services: Completed skincare services are nonrefundable. If you have concerns about a treatment, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

Deposits: Deposits are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined above.

Retail Products: Due to hygiene and product integrity considerations, opened or used skincare products generally cannot be returned unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Packages and Prepaid Services: Refunds, cancellations, and unused balances are governed by the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under California law.

9. Memberships & Subscriptions

Richesse Aesthetics® may offer recurring facial memberships or skincare subscriptions.

Membership benefits, billing frequency, included services, rollover eligibility, and cancellation requirements will be disclosed before enrollment.

By purchasing a recurring membership, clients authorize the recurring charges described at checkout until the membership is canceled.

Clients may cancel their memberships using the cancellation method provided at enrollment or by contacting Richesse Aesthetics®.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges according to the applicable membership terms. Any unused benefits, credits, or prepaid amounts will be handled according to the membership agreement and applicable law.

10. Virtual Skincare Consultations & Programs

Virtual consultations and skincare coaching programs provide personalized cosmetic skincare education and product recommendations.

Clients participating in virtual programs agree to provide accurate information, communicate changes in their skin condition, and follow recommended instructions.

Virtual skincare services do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Program participation does not guarantee specific results.

Program fees, included consultations, check-ins, product costs, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.

11. Minors & Guests

Clients under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

For safety, privacy, and treatment quality, children and additional guests may not be permitted in treatment rooms or studio locations.

Location-specific guest policies must be followed.

12. Photography & Client Privacy

Before-and-after photographs may be taken for treatment documentation, progress tracking, and skincare assessment.

Photographs or videos will not be used for public marketing or promotional purposes without appropriate client authorization.

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

13. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All original website content, including the Richesse Aesthetics® name, branding, service descriptions, original photography, graphics, and educational materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content owned by Richesse Aesthetics® may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written authorization.

Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Website Use

Visitors agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or online booking system when necessary to protect our business, clients, or systems.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Richesse Aesthetics® is not responsible for losses arising from website interruptions, third-party service failures, or misuse of products contrary to provided instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from negligence where applicable.

16. Changes to Terms

Richesse Aesthetics® reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as business operations, services, or legal requirements change.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter existing purchases or agreements where prohibited by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.
